First, it was Carrie Underwood. Now, American Idol has produced another one of the biggest country stars ever: Gabby Barrett. After auditioning for the show in Nashville, Barrett made it all the way to the finale before being voted off. However, she earned more than fame while on American Idol – the country singer also met her husband, Cade Foehner. Since leaving the show, Barrett has released her first album and charted two number one country songs, “I Hope” and “The Good Ones.”
So, what’s next for Barrett, who’s worth one million dollars? Well, nothing at the moment, as she’s just had her first child with Foehner, daughter Baylah May, on January 18, 2021. “[But after my] mom life has really set in, we’ve already been back writing some new songs, and the plan is to tour hopefully.
