Starting her modeling career at age 15, supermodel Tyra Banks broke boundaries in the ’90s. By the time 1999 rolled around, she had become one of the highest-earning models in the world as well as the first African-American woman to ever appear on the cover of GQ and Sports Illustrated. Meanwhile, Banks proved to have a knack for acting, appearing on several episodes of The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air as well as the sexy 1995 film Coyote Ugly.
Back in 2003, Banks created America’s Next Top Model, which has become one of the longest-running reality shows in history. In addition to this, she also started her own makeup line, Tyra Beauty, which as any Kardashian will tell you, is the way to true wealth.
