Of course, the character Flo remains insurance company Progressive’s most famous creation. However, these days, her sidekick and co-worker, Jamie, has also become a fan favorite. The man behind Jamie, actor Jim Cashman, is actually good friends with Flo actress Stephanie Courtney! Even before starring in insurance commercials with one another, they worked together at the world-famous Groundlings Improv Theatre & School and Los Angeles.
While Flo certainly has more fans, and Courtney makes more money, Cashman’s not doing too poorly for himself! According to insiders, he makes just over $500,000 a year. Though, some predict Progressive will eventually phase Flo out, leaving an opportunity for Jamie to earn a few more dollars.
