From flexing their acting chops in movies or wowing crowds with their live performances, these celebrities take their talents beyond Hollywood by signing on to star in foreign advertisements.

Daihatsu is one of the oldest Japanese automobile manufacturers that produced unforgettable commercials in its heyday. Of course, with the American action star Bruce Willis as their brand ambassador, the company was unbeatable! Willis did a series of commercials promoting the Daihatsu Mira e:S model.
Willis totally owned the commercial, exuding with the tough but cool-guy persona he has brought into movies like Die Hard while rambling a few Japanese phrases–which no doubt delighted his fans there. Daihatsu is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Toyota Motor Corporation. Fun fact: the now famous Toyota Avanza was a revamped model of the classic Daihatsu Xenia.
