They Used To Be Massive Stars, Now They Work 9-To-5 Jobs
Clearly, show business is quite an unstable field. So, it’s no wonder that some celebrities have left Tinseltown behind and found normal jobs!
Tom Selleck – Avocado Farmer

Over his 40 plus year television and film career, actor Tom Selleck has snagged several notable roles. We first saw him in 1974 starring in the popular soap opera The Young and The Restless, though he did not become a famous star until the cop drama Magnum, P.I.
However, in addition to being a successful actor, Selleck is also an avocado farmer! He lives full-time on a 60 acres avocado farm in California where he does lots of handy work, which the actor loves! “So I like to get outside and work on the farm, from fixing roads to clearing brush. I hate going to the gym, so sweating outdoors sure beats sitting on a stationary bike staring at my navel,” Selleck said. Fun fact: Selleck is not the only celebrity with an avocado farm! Oprah has one, and so does singer-songwriter Jason Mraz.
