When Sheryl Crow debuted, she was all about looking her best all the time. While singing ’90s hits like “All I Wanna Do,” Crow always rocked her trademark curls and girl-next-door, minimalistic makeup. However, in recent years, the singer has shied away from making herself up for the red carpet. Meanwhile, Crow has started posting more and more selfies without cosmetics, showing off her natural beauty.
“There’s as much power in that if not more than there is in projecting sexual images which are fine and all, but not to be misconstrued as being about beauty or power,” Crow said in an interview with Nylon. “Women are powerful for many reasons, not just their bodies.”
