The multi-talented Neil Patrick recently revealed he was instantly smitten with David Burka, an actor and professional chef, when they met in 2004. So, its no wonder they became an item the same year! However, the two kept the relationship a secret until 2006 when Patrick came out as a gay man. Shortly after, the two moved in together and made their first public appearance at the 2007 Emmy Awards.
Then, in 2014, Patrick and Burka tied the knot with their mutual friend, Elton John, performing at the ceremony. These days, Patrick and Burtka are parents to twins Gideon Scott and Harper Grace, who were born via a surrogate mother in 2010.
