Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton – Los Angeles, Estimated $13.2 Million

When you become a big enough celebrity couple, you can afford to do more than buying another star’s house – you can build your own. That’s what singers and The Voice judges Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton are doing! The married couple recently picked up a 1.6-acre lot in Encino, just outside of Los Angeles. There, Gaskin Designs will build them a 13,000 square-foot-lot for $13.2 million.
The home will feature a massive motor court as well as a four-car garage for when Los Angeles citizens can once again host parties. Inside, the three stories hold a home theater, library, and a giant kitchen. With fantastic views of Los Angeles proper, Stefani and Shelton will also love the backyard, which comes complete with a pool, cabana, wet bar, and outdoor kitchen!
