Many gym-goers end up using equipment the way that it’s not designed for. And even though we’ve seen all kinds of equipment misuses, not many compare to what one lady attempted with a pull-up machine at her local gym. Other gym patrons were stunned to see her hanging from the top of the machine the way she did.
