We work all sorts of muscle groups at the gym, but no one essentially works out the most important muscle in the body: the brain. Well, that is, virtually no one except for this guy. He may not be solving a crossword puzzle, but this old-timer has still figured out a way to work out his brains!
This guy is playing chess while everyone else in the gym is playing checkers. Mental strength tops physical strength every step of the way. Then again, it really just looks like this guy doesn’t know how to use the machine. It really looks like what he’s doing is pretty strenuous on the neck!
