Gyms often offer a wide variety of equipment for cardio workouts. There are stationary bikes, treadmills, stair machines, and all sorts of other equipment. However, one machine that isn’t too popular is the hamster wheel. It’s hard to picture how difficult it would be to run fast and simultaneously keep your balance while running on one of these!
This guy clearly seems to have it all figured out. He’s running fast and burning a ton of calories, all while pretending to be some sort of rodent! Sure, the hamster wheel has its downsides – it doesn’t come with a TV, for instance – but it’s still quite the work!
