Jessica Stuart and her team went to Saku City Hall, seen below, desperate to find any information they could on Fukue. But it wasn’t that simple. As you might suspect, when Stuart arrived at City Hall, she was quickly told that they could not hand out information about private citizens. There was nothing they could do to help her.
It seemed that Stuart had hit another dead end. That is, until a City Hall office clerk heard about the musician and her team. She asked for Stuart’s number and agreed to ask around town, to see if anyone knew Fukue. If they did and Fukue wanted to talk, they would call. If no one knew her – or if Fukue did not want to be found – no one would call. Knowing it was her only hope, Stuart agreed to the terms.
