Carey Lowell as Judge Jamie Ross is one of the most unforgettable female characters on Law & Order. She played the iconic Assistant District Attorney in the seventh and eighth seasons of the series. Despite leaving the show as a regular cast member after season eight, she made guest appearances in the episodes “Justice” and “School Daze.”
On the spin-off series Law & Order: Trial by Jury, Ross reprised her role in the episodes “Bang and Blame” and “41 Shots.” Beyond the Law & Order universe, Lowell is also known for playing CIA agent Pam Bouvier in the 1989 James Bond movie Licence to Kill.
