We all know actress Gwyneth Paltrow for her roles in popular films like Shakespeare in Love and multiple movies in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. However, many don’t know that Paltrow also runs the “natural health company” GOOP. While it started as a weekly newsletter promoting clean living, it has now become an empire selling everything from crystals to natural makeup.
As someone who regularly promotes and sells makeup, few thought the actress would ever post a makeup-free photo. However, to prove the effect that a healthy lifestyle can have on your skin, Paltrow posted a bare-faced selfie on Instagram on her birthday back in 2017. “#nomakeup for my 44th birthday, embracing my past and future,” Paltrow captioned the post.
