According to Royal experts, it was his way of showing his sons how much he loves and cares about them. Unsurprisingly, both Middleton and Markle looked absolutely breathtaking at their Charles-designed receptions.
Kate, the Duchess of Cambridge, opted for an Alexander McQueen, the same designer as her wedding dress, costing $350,000. If it looks familiar, there’s a good reason: many fashion experts said it reminded them of one of Diana’s most famous pieces. Meghan, on the other hand, selected a long dress designed by Stella McCartney. Reportedly, the Royals paid about $157,000 for Markle’s reception dress.
