At the age of 22, Culberson had accomplished more than most could ever dream of. Still, she felt incomplete. So, the young woman decided to start the most incredible adventure of her life: finding her birth parents. Like anyone searching for someone, Culberson began with her birth mother. Since she now had her birth certificate, she could track down the woman listed.
So, one evening, Culberson sat down at the computer and began looking for her birth mother. Surprisingly, she found her birth mother almost instantly! Sadly, her search got off to a terrible, heart-wrenching start.
