When Emma and Kiley returned home, they needed to try and get on with their everyday lives, while honoring Todd’s memory. This included going through Todd’s things. His clothes, books, and little mementos gave the mother and daughter a peek into Todd’s day-to-day life while in Afghanistan.
Along with his things was also Todd’s laptop. At first, Emma debated opening the computer and taking a look. However, in the end, she decided to look through his documents and pictures to see what she found. Afterward, Emma was very glad she did!
