When you’re a famous athlete, you’re working out all the time. However, after leaving the NBA, Julius Randle decided that he needed to lose a few pounds. After all, he wasn’t nearly as active as he was before. So, this NBA player says he ended up embarking on a journey like no other!
So, after some time out of the game, Randle contacted celebrity trainer Amoila Cesar and started an intense, 12-week program. Incredibly, by the end, he managed to bring his body fat down to just 6%.
