Like us ordinary folk, former supermodel and wife of famous British actor Pierce Brosnan, Keely Shaye Smith, found it difficult to remain fit after retiring and starting a family. After all, it is so much quicker to eat unhealthily, especially when you’re always on the go raising a family in Hollywood. Thankfully, once Smith decided to lose the extra weight, she did so quickly!

However, Smith did stumble a bit at the beginning. Initially, she tried fad diets, like South Beach, Atkins, and similar restrictions. Unfortunately, while these work for some, they did not work for Smith. So, the former supermodel decided to kick the restrictive diets to the curb and instead simply adopted a healthy lifestyle. Smith began eating a balanced diet and exercising every day. And it worked like a charm! Meanwhile, Bronson remained supportive every step of the way!
