Sam Smith – 50 Lbs. Lost

Sometimes, we think of celebrities having it all. However, British nonbinary singer Sam Smith admits they became overweight due to eating becoming an emotional crutch in their life.
“When I was at school and wasn’t having a great time or when music wasn’t going very well, I would eat. When I felt lonely, I would eat,” they explained.

So, you can imagine how much Smith surprised fans when they turned everything around. Unlike other celebrities, they did it by themselves the old-fashioned way: eating less and exercising more. Now 50 pounds down, Smith says they feel better than ever!
