If you watched the hit ’90s Full House, you probably fondly remember young Candace Cameron Bure’s adorable chubby nature, as many fans did. Unfortunately, as Bure few older, she began to dislike the trait so many adored. So, the actress changed nearly every habit in her life. Now, Bure can hardly recognize herself! “I eat a very clean diet. I love vegetables and protein. That’s mainly what my healthy weight loss diet plan consists of, but I don’t deny myself anything. If I eat very rich foods I just eat them in moderation,” she said.
Of course, just like many other stars, Bure also matches her healthy eating habits with daily exercise plans! “The secret is doing the type of exercise I actually enjoy, so it doesn’t feel like a chore,” Bure says. “I also love social walks or hikes with a friend.”
