Snooki – 42 Lbs. Lost
In case you forgot, the last time Jersey Shore star Snooki appeared on Dr. Oz, she made a bold claim: “If I can lose 42 lbs. after giving birth six months [ago], I mean, anybody could do it. You just need the dedication, and you need to want to have your body back.”
But how exactly did Snooki manage to lose nearly 50 lbs.? Well, according to the reality show star, it merely comes down to three things. First, eating right. Second, working out at least three times a week, preferably five. Finally, and most importantly, love yourself no matter what. For instance, Snooki says she enjoys a cheat meal now and again, despite being a strict dieter the rest of the time.
