However, that does mean that fans know how much Khole struggled with her weight loss. It took her nearly seven years, but not she’s down 40 pounds!
So, how did Khloe get down to her goal weight? Well, just like many celebs, the reality star now follows a strict diet, which includes no dairy, and an intense daily workout routine. In fact, Khloe gets up at 5:00, works out, but doesn’t eat breakfast until after 8:00!
