Chris Pratt – 60 Lbs. Lost
When actor Chris Pratt first appeared onscreen in Guardians of the Galaxy, everyone felt utterly blown away. The star, who first rose to fame on the sitcom Parks and Recreation, had lost over 60 pounds to fit the role of superhero Peter Quill. Not only that, but Pratt also gained a ton of muscle. So, how did he do it?
For Pratt, the answer is quite simple: dieting and exercising. “I eat that hamburger, and that’s 1,200 calories, and I’m gonna work out tomorrow and burn 800 calories. I may as well eat a salad here, still do that workout, and then I’m actually making progress,” the actor told Men’s Health. Well, you can’t argue with his logic!
