Having gained 145,094 people between 2016 and 2017, Florida tops the list of the states where Americans are moving to. The Sunshine State offers warm weather year-round. What’s more, its beaches are part of what makes Florida so attractive, especially for retirees. Not only that, but Florida tops the list of where the most retirees are moving to.
Back in 2018, approximately 84,663 Americans 60 years or older chose to settle down in this state. After all, Florida’s good weather, golf courses, and beaches make it retirement heaven. Furthermore, Florida is also one of the most tax-friendly states, not to mention that it has a sturdy economy to boot!
