Taking a look at this photo, it’s easy to see that even the newborn baby is wondering what this face tattoo is all about. What exactly did this woman tattoo on her face? We’re not exactly sure. It could be a target or logo of some sort, or perhaps just a piece of modern art. Or maybe it’s a way to let her new child know that she will always keep an eye on them as they grow up. But we can’t help but wonder if there’s not an easier way to do this…
