Melissa McCarthy – 75 Lbs. Lost
Beginning with her great part on the dramedy show Gilmore Girls back in the early 2000s, actress Melissa McCarthy has always been a favorite star of many Americans. From there, the actress went on to land roles in sitcoms like CBS’ Mike & Molly and films like Bridesmaids and Spy. After conquering Hollywood, McCarthy set her eyes on a new goal: weight loss. And, like always, she did an incredible job!
In just one year, McCarthy managed to lose just over 75 lbs! It all started with a high protein, high fiber, low carb diet. The actress also credits green tea and eight hours of sleep every night for helping her accomplish her weight loss goals.
