They’re two farmers with southern accents who get very tired of one another very quickly – and people love them! In fact, the Ocean Spray farmer characters seem so real that many believed they had actually found two farmers to play the parts. However, that’s not the case: veteran actors Justin Hagan and Henry Strozier portray these fan favorites!
What’s more, Ocean Spray spokeswoman Kellayanne Dignan said that the ad campaign featuring Hagan and Strozier has been a winning one for the company. “We think the campaign has been phenomenally successful,” Dignan said. “I think a lot of it has to do with the beauty of the cranberry harvest − with all due respect to the actors…Much of America doesn’t get to see the marshes.”
