While you might not know her name, actress Tina Louise has one of the most impressive resumes in all Tinseltown. She started her career back in 1958, when she scored a role on the drama TV film God’s Little Acre. Critics loved her performance, and Louise later earned the Golden Globe Award for New Star of the Year for the role.
God’s Little Acre would eventually lead the actress to her most memorable performance of all time: movie star Ginger Grant on the CBS sitcom, Gilligan’s Island.
