Actor Anthony Anderson played the role of Detective Kevin Bernard from season 18 up until the last season of Law & Order. His character was known for being a conservative man who had no problem voicing his opinions. Beside Detective Lupo, played by Jeremy Sisto, his character became an instant hit with fans of the series.
In 2014, after playing Bernard for three seasons, Anderson’s big break came when he took on the lead role on the television series Black-ish. Aside from his television projects, Anderson also had major roles in films such as Kangaroo Jack, The Departed, Transformers, and Scream 4. He also hosts ABC’s game show To Tell The Truth.
