Before she became a household name, actress Amanda Peet made her acting debut on Law & Order when she was just 23 years old. She appeared in one episode during the show’s sixth season as the suspect of a heinous crime. It was a challenging role to play for a young actress, but Peet definitely showcased her acting prowess.
After her time on Law & Order, Peet starred in a number of indie films before scoring the role of Jacqueline Barrett in the comedy drama Jack & Jill. In 2012, she starred in the critically-acclaimed series The Good Wife. In 2021, Peet ventured into production work by becoming one of the executive producers of the Netflix drama The Chair.
