Philip Seymour Hoffman
Legendary Hollywood actor Philip Seymour Hoffman made his television debut on Law & Order as a suspect in an episode of the first season. Following his small role, Hoffman gained critical recognition when he starred in several movies. His supporting roles in Scent of a Woman, Boogie Nights, The Talented Mr. Ripley, and Almost Famous cemented his name as an acting powerhouse.
Most notably, he played the author Truman Capote in the 2005 film Capote, for which he won multiple awards, including an Oscar for Best Actor. His blockbuster films include Twister, Mission: Impossible III, and The Hunger Games trilogy. Hoffman continued acting until his untimely death in 2014, which left his fans grieving across the world.
