For fans of Law & Order, actor Jesse L. Martin will always be remembered as Detective Ed Green, the courageous and ever-dependable partner of Briscoe. He became a well-loved character for most of the 2000s, though he left the series a couple of years before it ended.
While filming Law & Order, Martin was also busy participating in other acting projects such as the 2005 masterpiece Rent. With a Hollywood career that spans decades, there’s no slowing down Martin. He’s currently playing another detective role on CW’s The Flash.
