As hard as it might be to believe, it’s been over a decade since Linda Ronstadt, one of the highest-paid females in rock and roll, performed her last concert. Back in 2013, the world found out why the legend decided to hang the mic: Parkinson’s disease had rendered her unable to sing, ending her musical career. Ronstadt rose to fame in the late ’60s with hits like “Different Drum,” “You’re No Good,” and “Desperado.”
