King Mswati III, has been harshly criticized due to his lavish lifestyle. While his majesty’s wealth keeps increasing by the minute, his country suffers in poverty. However, these negative opinions don’t seem to batter him a bit. The King owns a Royal Palace and a fleet of BMWs. The king also owns a $72,229 Maybach.
To celebrate his 40th birthday, the King rented a massive sports stadium, leading to protests in Swaziland’s capital. What’s more, in 2018, the New York Times revealed that King Mswati III took $30 million from the nation’s budget. Still, he remains very popular in the African country, as they noted.
