Jeff Saturday – 75 Lbs. Lost
Like so many other athletes, Jeff Saturday became accustomed to life as a center in the NFL, playing for teams like the Indianapolis Colts and the Green Bay Packer. So, when he stopped playing in 2012 and weighed 295 pounds, it seemed like no big deal. But when he went to start his career as a sports analyst, Saturday realized he would need to lose some weight.
Now, Saturday’s lost nearly 100 pounds and is helping others do the same! He works for a lifestyle program, The Trust, which helps athletes relearn healthy habits. “We have program managers, and they’ll take you through brain and body examinations,” Saturday explained. “They’ll teach you to lift [weights], not like an NFL player but as a healthy adult. Just having conversations about getting you in the place where you’re at your best.”
