Noah Syndergaard – 20 Lbs. of Muscle Added
Sometimes, you lose weight due to no choice of your own. Baseball pitcher Noah Syndergaard lost a ton of weight when he torn a USL in his elbow, causing him to miss the entire 2020 season. To return to the diamond, the pitcher needed to put on weight fast. Incredibly, Syndergaard managed to put an impressive 20 pounds of muscle onto his body!
In a recent interview, Syndergaard revealed that, while he loves the gym, he had to completely change how he worked out due to the injury. Thankfully, it all worked out, and Syndergaard is now back to pitching for the Mets, where he belongs.
