Marshall Yanda – 64 Lbs. Lost

It’s no secret that a large frame can help many football players. So, it might come as no surprise that legendary football guard Marshall Yanda ended his career at 312 pounds. However, afterward, the 8-time Pro-Bowler wanted a change.

In total, it took Yanda just over five months to lose 64 pounds! Unlike others, however, Yanda says it’s just as much about what he doesn’t do as what he does. While diet and exercise have certainly helped, he says, being off the road and living a less stressful life helps more than anything else. Well, that certainly makes sense to us!
