While the five-year survival rate of an average small business in the country is about fifty percent, for an Amish small business, the survival rate is an incredible ninety-five percent! But how do they make their business succeed?
Well, besides picking trades that are in high demand, there are many other factors. For instance, Amish business owners are willing to work alongside their “English” employees.
