Terry Long – Bad Investments
Terry Long was an American football player who was an offensive in the NFL for eight seasons during the 1980s and 1990s. Long started his career in football back in college, where he played for East Carolina University. After that, he played professionally for the Pittsburgh Steelers. Finally, Long decided to retire in 1991.
After his retirement, Long began facing a host of legal issues. He had been indicted in 2005 for arson and fraud charges from a fire that destroyed his chicken processing business. The fire took place the same day he filed for bankruptcy. Unfortunately, Long couldn’t take the pressure and committed suicide in June 2005.
