Danny White, a former Dallas Cowboys quarterback, filed for Bankruptcy Court protection from creditors back in 1994. Even though he said he’s unsure about his football future, White was convinced he took the right step toward the financial reorganization of his business ventures.
“A lot of people perceive it as a negative, but it’s really a positive move for (my family),” said White, who coached the Arizona Rattlers to the Arena Football League championship in 1994.”The last 10 years, every penny I made went into a black hole,” he continued. “While I have creditors to deal with, I’ll be able to move again in a positive direction. It’s a huge relief to get this done.” Fortunately, he was able to pull through and he now has a net worth of $1 million!
